I feel more at home, more comfortable, more in control and more supported than I ever have before. This employer genuinely cares for your growth, both professionally and personally. I have been here about a few month's now, and I have not heard any grumbling about management or the company or even the my collages. I love it..!!

One feel happy when we work and comes to office. There is no pressure of work as far as your giving your 100% Work culture is great from top to bottom management all are friendly and down to earth.

Overall good organization. Very Good Culture. No restrictions in terms of leave , Work. Giving free hand for work by managers and management. Employee engagement activities organized by HR are really motivating for your monthly charge up. :)

I wanted to give Minus 5 Stars to skill development and learning. 1. Post is Accounts & Finance Manager, but they won't give you anything to manage. 2.Your boss (Finance Controller) wants you to work keeping your eyes and mind shut 3.They want everything in their control only, you'll be a puppet, and they want you to act like one by keeping your mind shut. 4.Its like you are working for their appraisal and promotions only,and when it comes to your appraisal they'll remind you how inefficient your work is and how you need to improve, and why they can get 30% raise even after working same as you while you can only get 8%!!!
