This company don't deserve employees hard work. If you are hard working they will treat you like a labor. All the work will be assigned to those persons in team who are working hard and rest of the team members will take rest. Management will show their true color once you resigned from the company. Rules and policy is different for different employees. I regret that I joined this company and I worked with dedication for this company.

Its good if you want job security and just sit in office without doing any work.Flexible timing.No one will care how much you have worked hard for the company and you will never get appreciated for your works.

Blind faith on old employees. Partiality. Poor management. Other employees will show your work as its done by them and get appreciated. Seniors are useless they don't know anything so if you join here then you are on your own don't expect any help from any seniors.
