Company is good however, Head HR Sonal Kapur Sinha is a pathetic and biased HR. She has made a toxic environment. She forced employee to fill good review in GPTW .

I had joined Esme to get the exposure of manufacturing set-up. Able to explore factory operations and sales process..

Dislikes

Company has to work on individual growth, learnings, long terms goals and vision. There was no HR policy and development programs.
