Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

This is very bad company. Company worked from employees in covid 19 & didn't give any salary to any employee. All employees left the company. They didn't give any experience letter & salary slip to any employee.. One month salary credit mostly around after 3 months after requesting to director. They demotivates to new fresher candidate. There are only 2 directors .Both have no manners how to talk with an employeee. I suggest to everyone not tot join this disgusting company.
