Very bad at all times,they remove the current employee if they find other new employee. They tell no vacancy. I wonder if there is a vacancy for a new joiner why there is no vacancy for the current employee. Very bad company culture I suggest nobody to join here especially there is one worst company called Videojet Technologies utter scam company it is.

It's good company . I love this company. When its was work with italian management it was good culture. I got promotion and salary increment.

Very few uk team arrived with bad culture. They bring their own people work with them before old company need to change old staff from esko. This uk new management came terminated all old staff work with italian management. Maybe this uk management want their own territory to work. Only that bad things i dont like it. Rest all this company good. And this new management some good people also, i am not say they are all bad. General Manager Steve Morrall. Terrible political game planner. I saw several people going vacation he terminated abd bring new staff inside. I really feel bad that time. It's hurt me also. Staff came to airport they know. Ticket cancellation and terminated. Very bad feeling several old staff. I dont terminated i resign before they terminated found new job. How can i can go vacation peace mind. So decide to resign find new job. But i enjoy learn promotion all happen in this company. Wonderful time with esko. I love to work esko. But work with bosses Very terrible. I hope new joined can understand well.
