It was my workplace , it has given me my bread and butter , but I don't think its likely anywhere near hospitality. Eskay was never prepared to handle anything at the level hospitality is . Employees are not treated well by administration .kiosk in terms of job roles . But at the end it was great working with them , cause they have thought me and gave me an experience that can never be forgotten .so I have learnt and moved on . But would never suggest an hotelier to approach Eskay for career.

Likes

The company very bad and there is not even single opportunity to grow your team and carrier.. In fact Exe. Chef is horrible.

Dislikes

There is no carrear growth at all. Not even work satisfaction in kitchen, in bakery there is no oven, no machine, and big problems is company is not give staff salary on time... When I left job I even not got my clearance, they refused to give me. I think that is the culture of company.
