The diversity of project typologies worked on & overall work-life balance in the firm. A lot of exposure with regards to design detailing, material technology & construction of luxury residential and affordable housing projects. A good mix of age groups within the office offering varied skill sets that contribute in different ways to each project. Working hours are good and spending a productive 9-6 is encouraged instead of staying late nights.
