Good flow of patients, free supply of drugs , free charges

Dislikes

HR departments, salary varying monthly with so much difference, salary section give unacceptable reasons for salary difference , taking so much time to issue experience certificate and caution money , HR people not picking up phone , not all investigations for patients available there .

Fixed working hours...salary good if you stay in low cost of living city like Kolkata...work environment is better than state medical colleges and hospitals.

Dislikes

Lots of paperwork...though most of it is done by juniors but still it's a pity that doctors should do all those American works and they spend their working hours with attending less number of patients (especially junior doctors)...furthermore there are rules which are trusted upon us from HQ...even local administration can't change them and those are real dampners

Central institution follows a transparent selection process and no corruption in selection process of candidates .. for teaching job

Dislikes

Temporary jobs are time bond .. one need to be always be ready with an alternate plan if in case the Temporary job is terminated due to transfer of regular esic candidate .. need not worry you will always given advance notice of ending of your job term ..

A PHC is better than this medical College. Even Routine blood investigations and radiological investigations are not available. ESIC Headquarter amd management here will pressurize you to admit proxy patients to increase the census.

Good for learning skills. Some seniors are very good and supportive and some are very bad.

Dislikes

No proper schedule making very hectic schedule . No proper leaves or holiday .Very less support from higher authority of respective department.
