other then team members everything is worst in eshopbox no appraisals no bonus on time toxic work culture management just thinks of how to save their money abusive Leaders with no professional manners they think if they have hired you, you are their puppets. Strict policies(in time 10am- outtime 7:30 pm) also u will be monitored with biometric while taking breaks only 1 hour of break is allowed else strict action will be taken on you.

Work culture is very bad No flexiblity( if you late once in while in month they will be dedicated half day) Quarter bonus part has delaying minimum 6 months Managers is not supportive No career growth

Dislikes

Salary always delay here Delay in bonus more than 9 months No good tech stack, they are very primitive Higher management is very abusive Specially CEO and CTO is very abusive to all the employees. They don't listen to any employee.

No work life balance No Career support(this of yourself as a their slave) No opportunities No skills development (they do not have any experienced senior) No job security (you can be kicked anytime they want) Toxic senior management Toxic culture No appraisal
