Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

... he is doing all office work single handedly and also interfering in other work. Salary date is not fixed.sometimes 11,12,13,14,15,16th date of month. Means we have to work for free 15 days of month. No leaves in a year.(Only 7 leave for a year) Not giving joining letter on time. No giving salary slips. Also no space in office for Lunch Office timing is 10 am to 7 pm( 9hrs) Director taking action after three months and not doing vendor payment also on time.

I am purchasing manager at eshan minerals. Director is taking so much time for approval. Not signing bills of vendors on time. He is doing timepass only. Hello also has zero knowledge about materials.
