Colleagues are friendly apart from this nothing to like, they are not professional.

...sk you to work from home and if you don't they warn you of termination from job. No salary on time. No workstations to work in office. No solution to any kind of issues in office. Poor work culture. Office politics. No learning and no growth opportunity. HR doesn't take any responsibility for employees so you are on your own.

The company has supported me throughout my tenure with them. I can proudly say that I have learnt and grown so much at eseo. Everything felt right working with them. Thanks to the HR team for the support and the ease they provided me with, during my relieving. I will miss eseo very much because it made me an asset for life long.

Dislikes

1. No medical/PF/Insurance facility available. 2. Alternative saturdays off, it's 5.5 days working not 5 days. 3. It's just work, no outings.

I like the culture of my company. However, sometimes they try to prove that they are the only best organizations which seems burden to the employees.

If you are a fresher or a newbie then you can join this company, You will learn a lot, Teammates are very cooperative and they will help you whenever you ask for help. Management is very friendly and makes you understand every time.

I have been working here since June 2021 and what I really like about the company is the support I get from the leadership. They are always available to resolve any query and involve employees in the decision-making process. Overall, the work culture is good and you should not worry about your professional development here.
