It's very good experience for me to working at escorts powertrac compare to my past experience.For me tractor segment may be new but I have learn a lot of things regarding tractor, in monthly meetings, concall meetings, resolving customer graviences overall it's a wonderful experience for me & I'm very much thankful to my TSM sir also his guidance was like useful weapon for me.

Dislikes

From dealership side there is a lot of disturbance is there regarding warranty issues from customer. At the time of vehicle delivery dealers are simply saying everything is 5 years warranty to customers.
