They provide canteen facilities at subsidised rate for trainees. Free uniform and safety shoes.

Dislikes

Bad company for trainees no basic salary, no increment, they give salary to diploma holders only 12000rs. and no benefits. Company says that there is 8 working hours. there is fixed time to come but not for going. In this company trainees are are doing job 10-12hrs in 12000rs. Only upper level managements are taking perks and benefits. No job security in this company.

Poor Compensation, work culture, strict timings. No good for people who have a creative and innovative mindset. Zero process oriented and maximum people are like total dump. Average employee age is 38+

...ortive and transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming ground for chilling.company policies are good and give good salary and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is no promotion in 5-6 years due to lot of politics.In training period they didn't give more knowledge about different areas.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
