Major problem is front leadership they are totally disconnected from front people. What i observed about state leadership they become unpleasant in many occasion.

Salary hike is not as per dedication, performance and inflation. If company thinks on it than nobody will think to change. As escorts provide many chance to grow in career but most of the employees those don't expect growth in designation and same time want salary hike due to inflation or family requirements.

I have great work experience with company. i am working as a territory manager from 3 years in contractual. i have learn many things which are very helpful for me.

for off roll employed, salary is very low. No extra benefits from them.
