Experience at this office is far from positive. The workplace environment heavily influenced by office politics, starting from the driving staff which can sway the opinion of Directors. Additionally there is noticeable lack of respect for female employees. Some of the Members of the top management make frequently offensive remarks for the female employees. There is lack of respect and safe environment for women leading to almost non existent female staff. Reactions of few individual in top management is affecting the entire organisation. I would not recommend this workplace if anyone is looking for professional and respectful environment

Average employee tenure is 10 years that makes the team a very family type trustworthy and accomodating. All are supporting and nice colleagues. The management is open to suggestions and are very down to earth and approachable that is a big boost for someone who wants to do and learn new things. Overall everyone is accomodating with new joinees.

Nothing really but would have loved saturdays off. 😊
