They deduct Weekly off and leaves from your f and f, though you present in all days during the notice period. They deducted my 6 such days from my f and f. Their team removes bad post from social media to create companys good image. They consider gratuity from your date of confirmation and not from your date of joining.

...n from HR team. Business run model is simple person oriented.no process nothing.their expectation is person with very less salary just obey what manager words without using your own mind. Experience members please dont try this company, definitely there is no ethics.very big trap Company i saw in my career.simply waste.

Horrible management , no leaves after confirmation also, No bonus, 500 increment for senior person , every saturday interviews so no job security. Biggest bomb is your department can change anytime.

No pressure, good for family life. Through COVID- 19 lockdown company not given salary who not on duty. Company give salary only who attend duty, no medical cover, dedication in travelling allowance

Company MD tells you he will increase your salary in three months from joining, but nearly 1-2 years no increase in salary . You not ask then company not provide mediclame also not filled detials in PF too.
