Location of the company is pathetic, make employees pay the parking fee in the building, salary difference at the same position, no concrete policies in place, worst transport and cafeteria facility, partial and biased management, no promotions

Salary compensation is good, Infrastructure is good, Employees are very supportive upto Team lead level, no restriction

No process and policies, just overnight email changes the process or ever verbal words become process any time, You need to be in good books otherwise no growth, biasness with Employees because many employees working from home with objections because ofbeing in good books and may employees has to come regularly office. All your hardwork is rates on the basis of US controller remarks.

It is not a good company to work with, not have a defined work Agenda and no work-life balance, Management is not open to change, not an employee-centric company. they can anytime ask you to leave. Unskilled HR and Management and many more.

For me, Escalon is not a only workplace for me while its an exceptional accounting firm, delivering a supportive and balanced work environment that truley values its employees. Its allow me as well all employee to thrive both professionally and personally. Along with profession, Escalon socially conscious, actively considering and addressing social issues. such as Assisting NGO's, Employee welfare, Nature, Mental peace and fitness. It supports employees at every level. If we want to enhance their skills, firm provides a range of learning platforms and developement resources for pursue new skills and certifications as per modern and AI emerging Era. Escalon culture of supprt, learning, grow together and Inclusivity makes it an inspiring place to work. These are not the just words for me. Its a Deep feeling that comes from investing years of my precious life.

Its very tough to write, think or to say dislike of my Escalon, but yes Jack of all trades, Master of None - Nobody can be a master of all trades. Here are some points Even Escalon has strong foundation in Transparency, so it can have more dynamic ways for cross-departmental collaboration. Although we are dealing impressive advanvcements, there is collective goal to invest in even more cutting-edge tool.
