Nothing actually. Its a terrible company to work.

Dislikes

Work and life balance is at its lowest. You have to work 12 hrs everyday without getting paid for it. Experience persons are worst. They wont help anyway. PPC department is very illogical.

All senior employs are very irritating and very rude they only need production northing else. If you are daying they don't care about that. And you have to do 4hour ot everyday.
