Firstly they said they will support us but lately it doesn't. The superiors gives us much pressure and also the mental health become worst. Poor customer dealings..during trainning they said like its a hybrid type work but its purely field work. And the working time they said that its 9-5 but we have to work from 8-8:30😂

Salary,Promotion and transfer My home is 50km far from my branch and I am Daily travelling here to my home and also some days branch close after 7.30pm, also I am not comfortable to this situation Employee satisfaction is a major factor

Company is good with salary and benifits but working environment and colleagues are very bad they give torture and mind f***.back there I'm worked as customer service executive(CSE) while worked there if customer couldn't pay their amount CLUSTER HEAD and CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (CSM) give pressure to pay our money to customer account.if I refuse to do that they blackmail me to do that work....WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE PLEASE DON'T RECOMMEND THIS

...licies like this which will hamper your growth, learning and financial planning. Also they will not pay your performance bonus even if it is written on your offer letter, as they think its bank's discretion. Don't join ESAF save your money and career. My only suggestion to ESAF is change full HR and bring people who are experienced in HR.

Work culture was average. Am not satisfued with my salary and expence. I worked as BOM at the same time as BM also.. i managed my branch for 8 months with only 2 satffs.. i struggled that period with staff shortage and low salary. I did’t get my BOM or BM allowances because of my grade was C1. I worked as BOM & BM’s work preassure in inside and out side of the branch even JFM too, but my salary was very low. Only that reason i risigned my job.
