Also they will not pay your performance bonus even if it is written on your offer letter, as they think its bank's discretion. Don't join ESAF save your money and career. My only suggestion to ESAF is change full HR and bring people who are experienced in HR.

Have to improve staff benefits like Home loan rate, personal loans, consumer loan, staff yearly bonus system and outstation allowances also.

...of esfb one among the first staffs. Before that I was in esaf microfinance also. I just resigned because of the salary and work-life balance issue. Apart from that it is a best experience for me to learn from the basics to a banker.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Bank policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike, promotion and bonus every year.

Salary is not at all good and it's varies every month. Same grade employees getting different salary. Career growth is very very slow. I am completing two years in the month of February and didn't get salty hick and grade change. Don't know why the HR department giving high salary packages for freshers and giving less salary in experienced persons.
