Company is good with salary and benifits but working environment and colleagues are very bad they give torture and mind f***.back there I'm worked as customer service executive(CSE) while worked there if customer couldn't pay their amount CLUSTER HEAD and CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (CSM) give pressure to pay our money to customer account.if I refuse to do that they blackmail me to do that work....WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE PLEASE DON'T RECOMMEND THIS

I liked that there is no late in salary and that's very good for people

Actually I faced that an honest and loyal person is totally disliekd by esaf's csm's if you have guts to speak against wrong then you are an enemy to these persons

I liked this work because I don't have to work for anyone, here the work is mine and the field is mine as well where everybody calls me Sir and Madam and doing the work depends on oneself, away from work,

Here the incentive is less and the salary is also less and the timing is also 6-45 in the morning and in the evening it is 7 to 8

There is nothing to lile here other than getting salary on correct time.

It is on of the worst job i have done in my life. Unbearable work pressure and job time. And the management (the bm in my branch ) was the worst ever. If you have any other chances please take that. Dont go to this field unless u love all those pressure and job time

Back in 2007, Micro Enterprise Development(MED) was a fun place to work. Team mates were great, my manager had given me ample freedom to execute things the way I wanted to do. Had a great 1 year there.

Nothing much infact. Yeh, I remember salary was the least motivator back in 2007.
