When I applied for this job, I already mentioned my expected salary but they negotiated and scheduled an interview, and finally offered the job. When I resigned from my current company, they asked me to submit the resignation mail screenshot, and the next day they said my interview was not that good so they decreased my package ( They gave me half of my previous package), I had no choice left so I agreed and joined. After joining Shreyas added me to a project with a client, and they are expecting if you are SDE then you to be an UX designer or tech architect because they won't provide you with any figma or they can't assist you with anything, they will say design a login page after that you have to decide the UI and technology and authentication library, if you ask , Shreyas will say you are not fit for this job. After 7 days they said we cant keep you and after 35days of joining they terminated me The work culture is pathetic there, That Shreyas is totally crazy unproffesional, scolding offending people ( Not to me but to one of my colleague ), They dont have any protocools , hires through whatsapp in friday evening fires you in next 1 week when you ask for proper work flow process typically followed. Though i worked with one my immediate team member Ankit and Aniket they were superb, Even Shradul ( CEO) is good guy. But the Shreyas is totally responsible for cultural issues, I read previous reviews,if i would have not left my current company for this idiotic company.

...port. Don’t expect any help with employee concerns—just silence or indifference. Salary Issues and Payments are inconsistent, and they’ll find any excuse to withhold your salary. Don’t count on being paid on time, ever. No Work life balance The workload is endless, and there’s no appreciation for your efforts. They’ll pile on tasks with no recognition, and personal time doesn’t matter to them. You’re constantly micromanaged, and favoritism is rampant. If you’re not in the good books, expect to be treated like an outsider with unfair rules applied to you. No Resources – Bring Your Own Laptop This is the most frustrating part: they don’t even provide basic tools for the job. No laptop, no phone, no equipment — you’re expected to use your personal laptop for work. It’s insane. Not only do you get no compensation for this, but you also have to deal with the stress of managing work and personal devices. There’s no budget for even the most basic tools or software that could make your job easier. This is beyond unprofessional. No Learning Opportunities,No training, no career growth, and no support to improve your skills. Unprofessional Culture: The work environment is toxic. There’s no structure, no clear roles, and no real leadership. Expect to juggle responsibilities you’re not trained for, with no help when you ask. This company is a disaster. Poor management, zero job security, and a toxic culture where you’re overworked and underappreciated. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
