Good culture, less focus on output.. Not target driven, job security

Dislikes

No work life balance.. Input targets keep on increasing.. Incentives are really bad..no growth in this profile.. I've been an advisor for 2 years.. After some time I'll become assistant tl, after another 3 years I'll become a manager.. That too if I'm lucky

Work culture is good. Reporting Manager was good and always helpful.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance. There is no adequate manpower at required designation, so there is tremendous work pressure which affects individuals performance.
