Working at Erudex is indeed a pleasant experience. It is quite challenging with an opportunity to don multiple hats , there-by helping an individual to grow into a more responsible resource with a clarity on the Application. The Management is quite encouraging in giving a chance to individuals who wish to share their ideas or suggestions (w.r.t the Product or Company) in order to improve the Performance (Individual or Company) in the long run. There is a special focus on the Work-Life balance and there are Outdoor activities that are part of the schedule throughout the calendar year ( Once in every 2 months). There are yearly hikes that happen as per the norms and based on "your individual performance" you are assured of getting the best appraisal. A friendly environment which encourages an individual to make a difference by leading from the front, provided you are true and honest in your assigned roles.

Dislikes

I don't see anything so far in the last 1.5 years of my service at Erudex that adds to my professional dislike list. There is a positive energy that flows in across all the Erudex Departments and the ones who are focused and dedicated to their roles are likely to get the good vibrations !!!

On time salaries. But no career growth

They recruit for one thing and makes us do another work. They will make Software developer to do hardware and marketing work. If we are not interested, they will ask us to quit. No appraisals since 18 months. Long working hours.... almost 12 hrs.

I would say there is nothing good to say about erudex company

ERUDEX is the worst company I have ever seen they doesn't know how to treat to the employee and the fraud manager is applicable over this place they only need the money they don't see the satisfaction of customer and they don't pay the salary properly for the employee and for the marketing team they just attract with the incentive purpose but there is no incentive amount also they just attract the employees with the name of incentive. The some people like training are also not good they take there own leadership and have a work budden on employees the worst training staff and whole marketing team. The parents regarding your childs education don't trust these type of companies for your childs education you just spoil your childs career

Everything 1. Politics 2. Poor appraisals. 3. Use and throw policy 4. Saturday and sunday working 5. They recruit for one thing and makes you do another work. 6. They send you out of station for doing hardware work.

WORST COMPANY EVER AND, MANAGEMENT NEEDS ONLY MONEY, NOT PROVIDING ANY ALLOWANCES FOR MARKETING EXECUTIVES AND EXPECT TO INVEST OUR MONEY TO TRAVEL AND DAILY ALLOWANCES, CAME TO KNOW THAT COMPANY HAS CHANGING ITS NAME RANDOMLY AND MAKING FRAUD AND STOPPING THE EMPLOYEE SALARIES, TERRIBLE TO WORK, AND WORST COMPANY I HAVE JOINED IN MY PAST 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE. DONT JOIN SUCH WORST COMPANY.
