WORST COMPANY EVER AND, MANAGEMENT NEEDS ONLY MONEY, NOT PROVIDING ANY ALLOWANCES FOR MARKETING EXECUTIVES AND EXPECT TO INVEST OUR MONEY TO TRAVEL AND DAILY ALLOWANCES, CAME TO KNOW THAT COMPANY HAS CHANGING ITS NAME RANDOMLY AND MAKING FRAUD AND STOPPING THE EMPLOYEE SALARIES, TERRIBLE TO WORK, AND WORST COMPANY I HAVE JOINED IN MY PAST 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE. DONT JOIN SUCH WORST COMPANY.

Working at Erudex is indeed a pleasant experience. It is quite challenging with an opportunity to don multiple hats , there-by helping an individual to grow into a more responsible resource with a clarity on the Application. The Management is quite encouraging in giving a chance to individuals who wish to share their ideas or suggestions (w.r.t the Product or Company) in order to improve the Performance (Individual or Company) in the long run. There is a special focus on the Work-Life balance and there are Outdoor activities that are part of the schedule throughout the calendar year ( Once in every 2 months). There are yearly hikes that happen as per the norms and based on "your individual performance" you are assured of getting the best appraisal. I don't see anything so far in the last 1.5 years of my service at Erudex that adds to my professional dislike list. There is a positive energy that flows in across all the Erudex Departments and the ones who are focused and dedicated to their roles are likely to get the good vibrations !!!

Work Details

Training the Teachers and Students on how to use the application. In case of the Clients involved in using the Competitive curriculum(IIT-JEE / NEET / EAMCET) then training the Data Entry Operators as well.

They recruit for one thing and makes us do another work. They will make Software developer to do hardware and marketing work. If we are not interested, they will ask us to quit. No appraisals since 18 months. Long working hours.... almost 12 hrs.
