Nothing that i found. But Just ok bcoz of my work location preference.

Just the Shahi-HR and Leads takes the decisions without enormous proof. They say its a Cmmi level 3 but its Jot even an CMMI level graded company. New employees must try really hard to prove themselves and this is due to the internal politics by Shashi HR and other leads which are soley based on their interests... A CMMI level company pays you notice pay if they throw you away even if its in probaation period, but with ERPA they diretly throw you away without CMMI level Standards and procedures or rules... I Would not recommend one to this Company which has no Career growth, skill development and moreover you got a deal a lot with internal politics and Shashi HR Hyper overacting.
