Working hour, because I'm doing 12 or 13hrs a day and I don't really like working in back area to wipe cutlery and crockery because they hire me to served the guest. I will be much happy working in same company If bring some in this situation

Good five star property with classy ambiance, specially liked EOC restaurant's royal ambiance. Coordination between junior and senior staff is good.

Dislikes

Long hours shifts, only got 2 hours of rest at the name of breakshift in speciality restaurants, even after completing the shift at night had to wait for drop time which was set by the hotel. Some drivers gave excuses to drive in inner area.

I was with Eros for16 years and i enjoyed each n every moment.it has been a learning place for me where in I got a chance to understand everything and anything of safety n security of hotel, commercial building, it township, it's malls etc etc.

Best Five star hotel for a TRAINEE where the TRAINING MANAGER was very co-operative and understanding. The hotel staff was quite friendly and the WORK PRESSURE was not too much as like other hotels.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
