Jon security is terrible. They personally reached out to people on LinkedIn and hired a full team in India and Europe and laid off all of them even before completing two years. Leadership team lacks planning skills.

POLITICS....yes. It's like the colloseoum in there. A particular north eastern office and it's staff from a competitor bags opportunities for themselves. No work life balance. Earlier Management opening new offices and getting staff from other cos messed up work culture in 2015-2016. They never absorbed into ERM way of work. Denied promotion by the numnut technical director who listened to feedback from a foolish manager who gave old review. Some of the problem makers are still in the org and rising. Feedback process is a joke. Reports are long and beat around bush. Bad HR (2018) that prompted me to quit. In 2019 you'll sacked people especially long timers. Bad bad move
