Lot of challenges for business progression, and growth during covid 19. And my salary been declined year by year. I am working for my growth and I have applied 3 times for my next level position. Interview was not conducted.

Eris as a corporate is a very good organization, when we perform as per company needs you will be in right track towards the carrier growth within the organization

Bonus included in the package, increments given as performance pay

Career growth is very less,salary is average yearly increment is very bad, work life balance is average work environment is average, learning is very poor management is every time change their policies when u achieve any target then the pay time they change their policies and not even talk with his employees in this matter even they cant receive any phone call regarding the issue only company look after his profit employees are not satisfied in this company so i suggest all of the my professional colleagues not go in this company

Company policy, Transportation facility, Mediclaim facility, Salary ontime, corporate rules same for all employees, Good for career growth, etc.

Some people who assumed that they are God of this company. They treated lower employees like as self servant. Rest all is best than other company.
