Nothing I would like about Eris lifescience . Poor working culture , Huge deduction in salary , working satisfaction is not there

Job securities are not there , there is a span of only 2 year , huge pressure for sales ,HR policies are not strong

Company policy, Transportation facility, Mediclaim facility, Salary ontime, corporate rules same for all employees, Good for career growth, etc.

Dislikes

Some people who assumed that they are God of this company. They treated lower employees like as self servant. Rest all is best than other company.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Very nice company and i am working since last 10 year. I never fill for job loosing during pendamic time and never problem of salary part also.

...ces is a good company to work with interms of Earing, Caring as well as Culture. Company has taken care by giving vital medicine to fight against Covid-19 as well as compensation for Mask,Gloves n Sanitizers. Really it's wonderful act by HR Team. Company has not fired any employee through out. N also Continue increments n all other benefits...thanks Eris Lifesciences. Proud to be become an Erisian.
