The culture is very professional, you'll get recognized if you deserve it. There is a lot of emphasis on learning. Trainings are easily available on intranet and if you want to learn something new, there is no shortage of material or motivation.

The compensation part is poor. It forces you to switch companies. There is some favoritism too, but less than other organizations i believe. Sometimes incompetent management frustrate people working under them and impacts the delivery too. Felt no biases for female employees.

No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that

...gers are pathetic, plus management don’t help anyone. Working from last 2 years. Company is closed on Saturday’s but they take work from us and didn’t pay any single penny. No appraisal, plus no work satisfaction as managers only have negative comments on your work. Overall not a good place to work.

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.
