Ericsson is my MNC, I am working here in PMO pool. I feel to great with Ericsson. It provides you cab for both side, balance work life, nice ambience and training before enengaged any projects.

Dislikes

Maybe some people get great package but I had joined at low package but I am performing very well my boss give me just few appreciation points and reward but in case of increment he just give hardly 5-8% this is extremely low.

I really feel good to be in Ericsson because i feel very friendly environment with each other.i have learned many new things regrading technical works and troubleshooting different type of issues.i did not feel bored even having lot of work..i really enjoying work.

The company has no existance of its own. Everything is in hand of zone mamager. Company not stand with you. Leaving system is very poor. Company not able to provide leaves to you. Full and final system is very bad. Not one timely always gives excuse. Very very very very bad process

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

You will appreciate to work with Ericsson when discovering new colleagues, new Equipments and trained on it, so, Ericsson is enjoyble. When Ericsson appreciate you, you will travel anywhere in world to represente the Company, Ericsson has a politic of protecting all his employ or Consultants, when working with Ericsson. There is no differency between Consultants and Employees you will get the same Training when there is a new Equipment. Environment of is good and good enthousiasm. Ericsson always help you to innovate your your style of work. You will never be disappointed to ha been working to Ericsson.
