I really like the culture of Ericsson. There is job security. Most of all you don't have to be stuck at single project, if you have the potential and capability to grow you can get into any project. There is constant feedback taken from your managers and peers.

Superb work culture and good Work life Balance. The encourage you to take soo many certifications to polish your skills.

Not all people get good salary hike. If you are in Networking then it would be difficult for you to switch companies. Company not willing to pay more to the existing employees. Hard to change your project or domain.

I don't have much things to write. Some of us deserves better salary hike every year. atleast those who are staying here for years.

If you are having enough experience in the field and you join at a good package then it's a company where you can plan your retirement. Try to get into a technical role. If you are aiming management role, better join at a senior management level.
