What ever position you will join in same position you will retire even if you serve 8+ years
Variable pay very minimal
Think twice before join
... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.
work life balance is good.
Ericsson invest too much on skill development on employee.
Job is secured and they make sure employee is somewhere being aligned to some projects.
Individual and teamwork is appreciated.

There is absolutely no job threat at all . Work Culture is great . The only problem is with the compensation and promotion policies . Promotional bench is huge . Manager dependent company , hence lots depend on your manager . Lower management just focusses on getting their work done for working professionals.
Culture in Ericsson is really great . Company is doing fantastic in terms of financials . We are getting approx. 200% of the bonus. Hike and ASRs are really low even if your work is outstanding
