I really like the culture of Ericsson. There is job security. Most of all you don't have to be stuck at single project, if you have the potential and capability to grow you can get into any project. There is constant feedback taken from your managers and peers.

Dislikes

There is no likely process for promotions and salary growth.

Likes

The work culture is really good , tremendous help would be given to you for completion of your project or task, people are mostly good. Managers are supportive and work hours are flexible and no one will ask you anything or disturb you if the project you are handling goes smooth.

The pay is not that good unless you join in from a different organisation .

Superb work culture and good Work life Balance. The encourage you to take soo many certifications to polish your skills.

Dislikes

Not all people get good salary hike. If you are in Networking then it would be difficult for you to switch companies. Company not willing to pay more to the existing employees. Hard to change your project or domain.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love company work culture.I am a part of a team learned so many good knowledge and becoming hyper active

- good company for experienced people - can learn new technologies and company will pay for it in most of the cases - knowledgeable colleagues - flexible work environment - freedom to do anything as far as you're performing well - good transportation facilities - good tasty food in cheap price with lots of varieties - supporting management - lots of onsite opportunities - stock purchase option

Dislikes

- salary hike is less so, less experienced or freshers can't stay for a long if they are looking for salary only - nobody pushes you to learn something new so, you've to decide how to shape your career - newly promoted or hired Indian managers maybe irritating at times - no gym at office - team outing, bonus etc. are less
