Their contract management much poor from their conusltancy resource, employee are frusted with their salary, claim issues work life balace terrible. Do not join ericsson from as a consultancy resource. mostly working hours are uncountable in their project life and not got benefit like ot and bonus.. they need just a mashin for work not human but also they didnt proper feedup. on roll ericsson management not good to seeen their offline resource. Job sequrity is zero.

No promotion Salary very less compared to market standards. Night allowance is same since many years Politics everywhere. Only boot lickers get good ASR and promotion. Almost nill increament. Goals are very tough every year but ASR and ratings are nothing compared to that

... except manager level What ever position you will join in same position you will retire even if you serve 8+ years Variable pay very minimal Think twice before join

No hike, so salary increment, even though you will be working in the company for 10, 12 hrs they will hardly give you 10-12% hike and there are many old people who have been working for 15 20 years, they are literally sitting and doing nothing but getting paid

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.
