As if you are off-role (ASP/ARP/Essjayericsson) then will never get benifits, good salary, positive think, groth ... They just give you the amount that can serve you live... Management pressures till u get stock.. Boss always show a hope of promotion and groth.... But during the time .. in Jan To April they didn't want to see you.. ... talanted people will never get on role or get good salary .. I have done 5+ years and right now I'm working with them but now i trying to switch job ... Because I have no idea how to butter to get good things....

No hike, so salary increment, even though you will be working in the company for 10, 12 hrs they will hardly give you 10-12% hike and there are many old people who have been working for 15 20 years, they are literally sitting and doing nothing but getting paid

all the nice things about this organization are gone, situation changes everything

... no major salary hikes, only work and work pressure is increasing exponentially. Almost working for 10-11hours everyday and even on weekends without any extra pay. forcing work from office but there's no space to sit, not enough seating and parking for employees, cutting employee benefit programs, too many lay offs and managed attritions

... time and pass on the messages from upper management to team members. That's it. For this work they are paid huge salary and the engineers who do the whole delivery for the customer, they are left to justify for each and every goal that is fabricated by managers.
