I have total 7-8 years experience in telecom domain as a incident Manager but I need a change now and need to join as a incident Manager in IT domain but most of the companies are hiring for the tools like if we know jira, servicenow like that for incident Manager we know how to drive and with our experience we can handle but still noone recruiting could you please suggest I need to relocate to chennai. No career or salary growth. Management will treat you like bonded labor. No learning many of my co workers use to say that they use to have some technical knowledge which is now zero as the Ericsson neither motivate how nor support you in learning and improving skill set

...carrier growth and plans.Employee will soon feel frustrated in Its working area. There is work balancing among employees of same grade and no salary band fixation. Two employees of same grade have difference in salary twice or thrice than other. Ericsson itself divided into 2-3 parts EGI - FSO structure Which is also degrading Its credibilty in front of Customers and losing business in telecom market. Laying off the employees has also been started and creating insecurity among those who are masters in their domains (serving ericsson for long time) but not favourite of their current managers.
