New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

- salary hike is less so, less experienced or freshers can't stay for a long if they are looking for salary only - nobody pushes you to learn something new so, you've to decide how to shape your career - newly promoted or hired Indian managers maybe irritating at times - no gym at office - team outing, bonus etc. are less

The post important thing in Ericsson is the culture. We respect each other, we listen to each other. Freedom of speech is integral part of the Ericsson culture. Freshers are also treated with respect. The learning and development of the employees is another aspect of Ericsson policy. Employees are trained with new technologies. Also, there are lots of opportunities to apply those new learnings.
