Pro:Salary will be on time and your growth will be dependent on your managers. Cons: Mangers will force you to work more than 9 hours a day most of the times need to stretch 15 to 16 hours/day. There will be no personal life while we are working in ericsson, comparing with ericsson competitive companies there will be no comparison when comes to work pressure, ericsson will show you hell doors.

Dislikes

Working with few managers is hell.they are so mean in words and in action. If we take any emergency or planned leave ,manger will ask you to work on Saturday and Sundays to complete target.

...e. Ericsson is excellent for on-role employees only. Job security is good here. Compensation is good for on-role employee only. If you be a off-role employee, they don't make you feel as a one Ericsson family and you will be treated differently. Moreover, Ericsson is not for fresher at all, if you are an experienced guy, then only you can manage to grow here. Work-life balance is truly terrible. You will be a slave of project manager and have to work on weekends also, if your PM instructs so also you can't take leave at your convenience, but only after getting approval of your PM.

If you are an off-role employee, then HR will tell you after joining that, you will be on-role within 1 year. Then after 1 year, you will realize that, this will never happen anymore and you will feel as cheated. If you are an off-role employee, they don't take the responsibility to vaccinate you in this COVID-19 situation, as if you are outside their organization. They make you feel as if you are not on Ericsson family. You can't take part in all the certification programs arranged there. There is absolutely 0 benefits for an off-role employee. These feeling are truly hurt my mind, when I think about Ericsson.

I like everything about working at ericsson, and in this covid - 19 lockdown ericsson have had no request or requirement of me going out of my house, peacefully working from home, provide me with new desk chairs and lamps.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
