No hike, so salary increment, even though you will be working in the company for 10, 12 hrs they will hardly give you 10-12% hike and there are many old people who have been working for 15 20 years, they are literally sitting and doing nothing but getting paid

all the nice things about this organization are gone, situation changes everything

Dislikes

... no major salary hikes, only work and work pressure is increasing exponentially. Almost working for 10-11hours everyday and even on weekends without any extra pay. forcing work from office but there's no space to sit, not enough seating and parking for employees, cutting employee benefit programs, too many lay offs and managed attritions

very good company to work with, good policies, work life balance ,everything is there.

Dislikes

... don't understand this in CSI deptt. job security is an issue in last few years. career growth in terms of roles and salary is somewhat not in your hand. zero variable payout last 2 years.

You will get a chance to develop your skills , work life balance is also ok.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are less as per market. Variable component you will never get. Consultants are paid highly whereas regular employees are paid less than market.

They are giving employee all required support to work efficiently from home. Also, they always come up with new ideas to keep you engaged with organization and your own team so as to make life more interactive. Company is trying to give enough support to make your WFH enjoyable and providing extra benefits too. They are very much cautious about the situation and always circulating information on the situation and new policies within workforce.

Dislikes

Salary hike is a bit less compared to many other companies.
