I really like the culture of Ericsson. There is job security. Most of all you don't have to be stuck at single project, if you have the potential and capability to grow you can get into any project. There is constant feedback taken from your managers and peers.

work life balance and variable pay which you receive is around >170% which is more than what its in your offer. its actually based on the company performance.

Compensation is less and growth is slow. sometimes work pressure is little high but not always.

It's R&D BU is excellent place to learn new tech. Work-life balance is good.

It's compensation and annual bonus that is part of your CTC. It's just average and they have not paid the annual bonus for last 2 years.
