they give chance to freshers

lot of things wrong here, you will be fired without any valid reasons and not allowing you to complete notice period, salary hold if no sale happens, bad experience, mental pressure and torture from seniors. management encourage senior people torturing sales team and service team. no ethics, giving bad product to customers with lot of bugs and not solving customer problems. this make sales people job difficult to sell and many bugs in demo, so only customer not buying. and company blaming sales peoples for not selling but product not good then how to make sale? all these problems from many years and many people keep quitting, they find new people instead of solving problems with exisitng people. and when someone questions them, they fire withou notice. illegal terminations happening a lot

The product is bad and has been that way since the beginning with no improvement. That puts a lot of pressure on employees dealing with customers and sales is impossible with a product with so many bugs. Management not ready to accept the fact that a half baked product cannot fetch customers. Instead, sales team members are often blamed for not being able to sell and you cannot be dishonest to customers by saying the product is good when the fact is simply otherwise. Instead of fixing the product, they keep experimenting bringing new people on board for making sales and yet they fail again and again and again because you cannot sell garbage to people even with world's best sales team. Customers in B2B are no fools and mgmt here are not ready to accept that fact and continue to argue that their product is the best. They claim they have the best work culture but fail to realize the pressure they are putting and the negative atmosphere they are making way for. You are always targeted for speaking your mind and they don't care if your career is damaged because of their careless actions and decisions. They are not clear about assigning roles and responsibilities as per the skills and experience of an employee, and very bad at identifying your skills, abilities and contributions. A place where you are not identified for your efforts is place you will never grow. Overall, definitely not a place if you have good experience. Ok if you are a fresher but then again, not a place if you want the best career start.
