...ve 3 Months probation period in which you can leave with 7 days Notice period. If you leave after completing probation period then the notice period is of 3 months or they will ask for the salary of two months.Then only they will award your experience certificate. They will start deducting 10% of your salary every month as guarantee untill it would be equal to your 2 months salary (starting salary). Just 30 min for lunch. They don't acknowledge your experience.Starting salary is same for all. No job security & medical benefits even when you're in Medical University.

I found very unprofessional behavior during the interview process. I saw students roaming the campus without an ID card. I really did not like the work culture. University should be taking initiative for following objectives 1. Students Id Card 2. Branding 3. Hospital and University Department names shall be Specific. 4. Shall develop the library. 5. Students' soft skills to be improved. 6. Faculty and non Teaching Staff development program to be initiative. 7. Classroom equipment and practical-based classes shall be conducted. 8. As the university required lots of Govt Recognization, Top management should be working on it.
