Company should fast-track the talents to salary hike/promotion, I mean If a employee outperforms in his projects then he/she should be praised & get a hike/promotion. For those who are in project dept & staying in project sites, they should be given DA for meals when on site/on the day of duty. The days of Leave on Probation(LOP) should increase. We all have personal life as well as professional life. If an employee serves 6months probation period then how (02+02)=04 days leave will be sufficient for that person? Most important the accountant should know how to behave with other employee. He has work pressure it doesn't mean other employees are chilling at sites, whenever we call him he is in bad mood, always yelling. This should change. Otherwise all are ok.
