Yes i like to work in Equitas small finance bank, but i search for new job because i want to use my skills in other bank or finance office which are brands,i am not satisfied on this salary here I want to grow my self

Compensation is decent,the work pressure is very high.ssometims, I have to work 14-18 hours straight ins day as I have to attend client calls in theevening and sometimes late in to night.
