No respect for female employee from Senior officials only...Some of senior female officials making torture in the form of unparliamentary word to male staff.Very worst behaviour of senior officials.

I recently joined here and I'm currently at the head office. It's truly commendable that the banks offer free lunch and snacks to their staff. That's no small feat! The commitment to corporate social responsibility at 5% is also highly valued. I'm really enjoying my time here!

...ve the bank could consider standardizing salaries in based upon to market value. Currently, the alignment of designation, experience, and salary seems off. If you could take a look at this, I would appreciate it.

Compensation is decent,the work pressure is very high.ssometims, I have to work 14-18 hours straight ins day as I have to attend client calls in theevening and sometimes late in to night.
