My manager and head Ma’am are very approachable. Always there to guide both personally and professionally. It is like family.

No proper parking No personal life balance Should give pay for working on holiday internal job posting should be opened to everyone as sometimes due to experience eligibility we lose the opportunity

it was good work environment and culture . some of team managers are very supportive and they became well wisher for upcoming employees

salary is very low and career growth is very low . incentive slap was not good for upcoming fresher .target is very much high compared to salary

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
