As operation employee receive only monthly salary. Company not provide incentive or bonus to operation staff.No compensatry off given by compan,if we worked on holiday or no working day.we have to go to office on 2nd& 4th Saturday also,without any compensatory Off.

Every employee working for an rm should have the same salary. I work at Equitas Bank without any prior experience, but we do the work that experienced people do. Why do salaries differ for people doing the same job?

No proper parking No personal life balance Should give pay for working on holiday internal job posting should be opened to everyone as sometimes due to experience eligibility we lose the opportunity

There is lots of things you can learn. I personally learned many things in operations specifically in audit time.

...nvironment in some branches are very bad where you can’t even survive for a day. I personally experience there is no appraisal even after rating not getting good bonus on diwali.
