It's a new start up bank .so everyone has to do sales . They recruit as branch operations manager but in salary slip mentioned as SALES . So it's affect other bank interviews .so kindly check and join

My manager and head Ma’am are very approachable. Always there to guide both personally and professionally. It is like family.

No proper parking No personal life balance Should give pay for working on holiday internal job posting should be opened to everyone as sometimes due to experience eligibility we lose the opportunity

No respect for female employee from Senior officials only...Some of senior female officials making torture in the form of unparliamentary word to male staff.Very worst behaviour of senior officials.

No proper issue resolution, Slow career growth, typical process & lower incentives.
